  1. You don’t have comparisons for the “common man’s multi-blade pocket knives.” I can understand and respect the possible reasons for this. What I do not understand, is why you don’t have any Case knives represented. I am new to knife collecting, and have recently had the good fortune of inheriting some AMAZING Case knives. Some in box, never sharpened (factory edge), worth far more than anything I’ve seen here (not a criticism, mind you), and some not in such great shape, but still worth anywhere from $1200 – $1.20, based on the style and year of manufacture.

Again, I mean no offense to you and the very popular, and valuable knives you have listed. I own not many, but a few of some you have listed. I just have a special place in my heart because of my Grandfather’s collection, which I knew nothing about until my 82 year old Dad began teaching me how to make my own fixed blade knives, like he and his brother made when they were my age, gave me a couple for my small collection (this was only after I had finished the third blade of my own, that met his high machining standards). Thank God for fathers who aren’t critical, but lovingly push their children to not be satisfied with anything less than doing their absolute best!

Sorry for the mushy crap. I am blessed that Dad is still spry, and has a sharp mind at his age! I hope he has both these for as long as he is here physically! He made some pretty incredible knives, in my biased opinion!
